How do I become a Charity Administrator?

In order to become the administrator for your charity's Good Done Great account, you must first create an account.

 

Do you represent a Nonprofit, Private School, or Religious Organization? Click here.

Do you represent a Public School or School District? Click here.

 

Nonprofit, Private School, or Religious Organization

1. From your dashboard, click your name in the upper right corner. A drop down menu will appear. Scroll down and click Become a Charity Administrator

2. Select the country your organization is located in.

3. Click the button on the left (I represent a Nonprofit, Private school, or Religious Organization). 

4. Enter the EIN of your organization or parent organization. A drop down menu will appear. Select your organization.

5. If you entered the information for your organization, click the button on the left and proceed to step 6a. If you entered the information for your parent organization, click the button on the right, then proceed to step 6b.

6 A. Confirm that the information in each section is correct. If you have a parent organization with an EIN that is different from the one you entered earlier, enter it into the corresponding text box, then click Next: Donation Address.

6 B. Enter the organization name and address you would like volunteers and donors to see on your public profile, then click Next: Donation Address.

7. Add your title, phone number, and email address. After filling out the fields, click Next: Eligibility.  

8. Read the terms. Acknowledge that you agree to the terms by checking the I agree to the above terms box, then click Next: Terms of Service.

9. Read the Terms of Service. Check the box at the bottom to indicate that you accept and will abide by these terms, then click Next: Summary.

 

Public School or School District

1. From your dashboard, click your name in the upper right corner. A drop down menu will appear. Scroll down and click Become a Charity Administrator. 

2.   Select the country your organization is located in.

3. Click the green box on the right (I represent a Public School or Public School District). 

4. Enter the NCES ID for your school or school district. 

5. If you represent a school district, click the corresponding green box on the left and continue on to step 6a. If you represent a club, team, or fundraising organization for the school district, click the corresponding green box on the right, and continue on to step 6b.

6A. Update your district information, then click Next:Donation Address.

6B. Enter your organization's information, then click Next: Donation Address. 

7.  Confirm that the address information is correct, then click Next: Contact Information.

8. Fill in your Position or title, Work phone, and Work email. Click Next: Eligibility.

9. Confirm that you accept the Terms & Conditions by filling in the corresponding bubble, then click Next: Terms of Service. 

10. Indicate that you accept the Terms of Service, then click Next: Summary. 

11. Review the information, then send your request.
