I need help! What should I do?

When submitting a Help ticket, please include the following information to optimize our response time:

  • Type and version of your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 9, Chrome 42, etc.)
  • Operating System (Windows, Mac, etc.)
  • Any error messages received
  • Are you trying to reach Good Done Great from behind a firewall or other security feature?
  • Does the error continue if you use another browser?
